Ginger Altoids will help curb your nausea. You can get them at Target stores, in the gum section, in the check-out lanes.

Invest in graham crackers, ginger altoids, and ginger lollipops, which are available at Babies R Us and Motherhood and Maternity.
Morning sickness doesn't always mean you'll throw up all the time. I usually only had nausea, and was able to keep food down, particularly if I waited to eat until I was awake for an hour or so.. Remember to eat mostly bland foods too. Spicy stuff increases your chances of getting sick.

Keep doing your therapy to help you with the emotional/mental part of being afraid of getting sick.
To help with morning sickness, eat a couple of dry crackers when you first get up and get up slowly. This should prevent morning sickness.
Also, even IF you get a little sick in the morning, this will soon stop as your body gets used to carrying the baby.
Above all, relax and look forward to being a Mom.

that's my biggest fear too, even though I'm not medicated for it. you can't really prevent it from happening. the hormones in your body affect each pregnant woman differently....I haven't thrown up once!! just keep some crackers and a drink beside the bed and always have something in your stomach. don't eat anything too acidic in the morning or evening like tomato soup or oranges....Ihope that helps, and maybe you'll be as blessed as I am in the mornign sickness department...

That is just something you will have to get over.....Sorry to that but if you stress out about it, you are more likely to get sick. I don't have a phobia, but I HATE to throw up and I only threw up when I had pizza. Ask your doctor for something to calm your stomach. They can help you. I think Vitamin B6 is what they said you can take but ask and make sure. Just calm down and don't freak out!

there are different "remedys" that help curb the morning sickness. Or have at least been said to help curb the sickness. Try candy canes (I know they may be hard tofind now) or any other peppermint candies.

Make sure you eat small meals throughout the day. Don't eat large quantities of food in one sitting. Eat lots of fiber rich foods. Drink LOTS of water.

If you noticed the meat was under cooked, why did you eat it? Anyway, stop thinking about it, you'll be fine. Your anxiety is getting the best of you.

here's the thing about being pregnant. If you're gonna throw up, you can't stop it. I hate it myself, and you can't stop it, it will just make it worse. So let it out, and deal with your fears. Its the only way you will ever conquer them
