What is the treatment for this and how it is diagnosed? We see an orthopedic specialist next week as she isn't walking yet other than with a push toy and walks with her legs outward and an awkward waddle. Her physical therapist feels that it's just lack of tone and endurance on the left side of her body as she's been pulling up and cruising furniture favoring her right side for the past six months. What say you?? Professional and serious answers only PLEASE!!

i wouldnt think its just a tone and endurance problem,,, as if both sides were fine,,,, your child would most likely be toned in both,,,, so something is causing her not to use her left side,,,, it sounds like you are doing the right thing, to see a specialist,,,,, once she is diagnosed, they can work with her to correct the problem
