Help her through the rough times of Menopause, & you will be glad you did.

As being on the hot flash end, we appreciate patience in helping us deal with it. It is no fun to wake up in the middle of the night every night to have to change clothes. It is also no fun to NOT have an interest in sex, no matter what we try. I wish I could suggest some easy remedy, but only time will ease things. I don't believe you are a cheat, just a man needing affection.

Ok I understand I have been married for 23 years to the same man, no you are not a cheater....yet. Your wife is going through menopause...have her see her physican to help her with the hormones this can help restore her vitality. Otherwise you probably want to "relieve" yourself and cuddlle with her or have her "relieve you instead of the deed" there are many different ways a woman can please a man without intercourse. Try talking to her without talking AT her or DOWN to her, explain your needs and desires. Good Luck....my situation is the opposite! I feel your pain man, but if you love her its for better or worse....

Once your wifes hormones get under control...things should go back to normal. Don't cheat!!!!!! That would be the worst thing you could do for her and yourself. You can use x rated videos to help, maybe some new toys, maybe a sensual massage, maybe a night at a hotel...she's bound to come around. If all else fails,,,you do have two hands. I know that sounds cruel but the alternative (cheating) is far worse.
Best of luck to you (and your wife)

No you are not a cheat for feeling that way. When women go through menopause, it is exactly that .
MEN- O- PAUSE. Hormons are to blame and you can talk to her about trying estroven or something allong those lines. You can also try spicing things up, being a little more romantic etc. She is going through a major change inside her mind as well as body. Talk to her and let her hear your wants and needs, but make it romantic and seductive, otherwise you'll just sound needy. Good luck buddy.

Brudda? You had me respecting you. Until I get to the last part. Dude? Sex is for Perverts and Players. You're neither. You have a chance to be with a woman. and Make Love to her. But you have to be willing to put up with ,"In sickness and in Health". Do you remember saying those words? This is gonna pass. You have to respect your Wife, Your Vows, and Your Marriage. Sex is for the moment. Making Love is the Prize. and there is a difference.

I never been married before; but I'm going to give you my opinion. Maybe you guys should try counseling. Tell her if you don't get any sex; you are going to go loco. Try some new foreplay moves to get her in the mood. Also, tell her to go to her gynecology and see what he/she can do or prescribe to her. Good Luck!

Perhaps you and your wife should go to a counselor together. your wedding vows said nothing about you satisfiying your self outside of your marriage. so a counselor should be able to give the two of you some alternatives.
