She knows I like him and she says I have a better cahnce of going out with. I asked him out and I think she's sad and angry. Am I doing the right thing or should I stop liking him.

She was just being nice, if you could go back in time, maybe, not ask him out, keep liking him, no person should be punished for his/her thoughts, but....... If he says yes, then nothing can be done, but is he says no, make it sound like you don't mind, then, possibly forget him.

If you really think that she is cool with you dating him then I say go for it. But if you think she is upset then you have to decide what is more important your friend or this potential guy. If you and this person have been friends for a long time maybe you just need to sit down and talk to her

She was pretending to be happy for you my friend and I have the same problem, but she doesnt know so i keep telling her go for it anyway find another guy for her or take turns....

just because ur friend likes the same guy u do does not been that her opinion to guys about who u should date is her choice.he just can't b between ur friendship.
