Try not to gain to much weight during pregnancy. I mean gain the right amount, but try not to go to much over that. Put some lotions for preventing stretch marks on your belly, and after you have you baby, don't wait to long to lose the baby weight. Good luck!

Good luck on this one. I doubt it will ever be the same. Once the skin stretches is does not really go back the way it was. Put cream on it while you are pregnant to prevent strectch marks and pray that you don't have twins if you are really worried about this because the only way to get rid of twin skin is plastic surgery.

Every woman is different. It's not rocket science to know how to take care of your body. Even woman who are very strict in how they treat their bodies end up with the saggy belly. You can't control how big the baby will end up, and how you will carry. Lots of women use anti stretch mark creams through out their pregnancies but I've used them both and still managed to scar. I've carried two 9lb babies though, so you can't expect much. I was 115 lbs with my first and very very active too... anyway long story short, not much you can do, just take care of your self by using common sence and pray! LOL

kegal exercises and to stay active, just because your pregnant doesn't mean you should let yourself go, also to keep lotioned up I've been using palmers cocoa butter since I found out I was pregnant that was just because I was scared of stretch marks (then I thought wait, strech marks will happen anyways oh well, I love the smell of it)

find a good plastic surgeon and get a tummy tuck.

seriously... if you were not physically fit... i.e. washboard abs then you will not have them after you have the baby.

if you were in shape...then you should continue to work out and focus on your mid section
