Hi guys, I have this small bar to fill in with a concept. It is a small basement at high street downtown Moscow, Russia. What I need is ideas for the naming and design.... for now I came over with THE FREAK BAR or 3Quarters 'cus it's the adrress 3/4. I'd appreciate any help and youall are welcome for the opening :)

3Q Bar then you work along he concept like every 3rd quarter of the year you may have anniversary party, every 3rd quarter of the month you have free drinks for ladies, for every 3rd quarter of the week champagne on the house etc.

As a professional designer, I would forget any names that include numbers because it shows zero thought process. Also stay away from trems like "FREAK" because it may attract the wrong types. How about something like... " The Vaults" ? or " REDS"

Use 16oz glasses and pour 12 oz beers that will be the 3/4 gimmick

You know what would probably do well in Moscow? One of those tequilla bars like they have in Cancun. Mexican food and lovely ladies to squirt tequilla in your mouth.
