after seeing my husband looking at porn i thought that maybe if i got things done to me that maybe he would like me more if i looked like those girls that he looks at would he like me more if i was fake?

Well, the nice answer would be 'of course not!'

The real answer is ... who knows? I know a _lot_ of guys who comb through porn trying desparately to find girls who do NOT look 'fake'. But different people like different things. Personally, I like slim brunettes with small breasts, but some other guys like blondes with huge breasts.

I'd say that most men would prefer a woman who looks naturally like their ideal to one that's had surgery to look like that. But when it comes from surgical adjustment to their ideal vs natural differant ... I don't know.

Let me ask you this ... how do you feel about your looks? How would you feel about yourself if you got surgery? Better? Worse?

Final note of encouragement ... men aren't that noble. If he didn't think you were hot and want to have sex with you a lot ... he wouldn't have married you, no matter how sweet and good a cook you are.

Err ... one more thing. He may seek out porn with women who don't look like you _specifically_ because it satisfies his desire for variety. It may be that you are his 'preferred' look, but since he gets to see you, when he porn surfs, he looks for something different.
