you need to take a drivers test, just like everyone else. btw. There is no such thing as a "Canadian" drivers license. Canada is made up of 10 provinces and 3 territories. You get a provincial/teriitorial drivers license.

Go to Canada, and they also give more free benefits than us Americans, but you might have a hard time getting in, Canada really frowns hard on Mexicans, and I know because I worked there for 5 years and of all the Latin countries, Mexico is frowned upon, and I still don't know why????

Your best bet is to get an international drivers license. I don't think you can get one in Canada without legal residency status.
