For the last 2 days I was checking the color of my discharge by using a q-tip i used maybe 3-4. Im afraid I may have gotten TSS or something. I have a burning left ear and my face feels a little warm. Its very cold and snowing where I live and I had to walk outside today so I dont know if that had anything to do with it or not. Any advice?

it was only a few seconds and like 3-4 q-tips. im not on my period right now either

just sounds like a cold,but TSS can be real bad.it can kill u in like 2-3 days.if u get worse the go see a doctor.

do u use tampons? u can leave a tampon in for 8 hours and not get TSS. i reeeeally doubt that sticking a qtip up there for a second is going to cause TSS. someting has to be very severe for that to happen, its not a common disease. relax.
