Yes you can, so long as you are careful. I broke my arm really badly in four places last year. I had no cast as the elbow was one of the broken bones, just a ton of metal shoved in there! My physio said it may even actually do it some good as running causes gentle movements of the arm.

If you're very unsure then do check with your doctor, just give him/her a ring rather than waiting for an appointment, but I was told it was of benefit rather than being a no-no.

Just don't over do it, and remember that the cast causes more weight so that could become a little uncomfortable.

as long as your not jogging on your hands, you should be fine. depending on when you broke it, and if you are in pain, it's your doctor and your call. just be careful, because if you fall while jogging, you will want to catch yourself with your hands, and you know what happens then.

Yes! just be careful as you run make sure you dont fall or hit it so u dont re hurt it cause it u hurt it again then you may have to have surgery

I would wait for a couple more weeks. What if you fall, is it worth another long recovery?
