yes, it's absolutely normal. do you have the flu? because normally if you have flu, you will have the following symptoms (some of which you are describing):
Fever (usually high)
Headache
Muscle aches
Chills
Extreme tiredness
Dry cough
Runny nose
Stomach symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea

oh yeah its normal.. your body fighting the illness and your body lose alot of energy by fighting so hard so it can caused your muscles and bones sore... u will be doing fine.. if u are to worried.. then go to the doctor and check it out!
