Has anybody heard anything on Priest? And if he did come back do you think he was anything left to help carry the load so LJ dosent turn into the next jamal anderson?

I know he won't be available for the start of training camp. If he doesn't have anything left, and he'll know it, I don't think he will come back. It wouldn't be good for the team and he knows that and wouldn't want the Chiefs to waste a roster spot on somebody that can't help the team improve from last year. However, if he is healthy and can be his former self, even if its only for 10-15 plays a game, watch out. That would be a dangerous combo. Remember the opening day game against the Jets 2 years ago when both LJ and Priest were running all over 'em?

For what? The all-career-ending-injury-league with Faulk and Terrel Davis?

as good as the guy was, he's never going to be the same as he was in his prime. i don't think he has enough left in his tank to even survive as a 3rd down back in this type of league. of course i don't want to see his career end because of an injury but i really don't want it to end with a diminishing role.

He may try to find work else where, but he has said he's willing to split carries.

he won't come back because if he gets hit a certain way again he could get paralyzed for life. i wouldn't want to take that chance.
