I can help with some.
1. plant cells have a cell wall - animal cells dont
2. the tomato is a "fruit" designed only to hold the seeds - doesnt need to make energy - no chloroplasts required
3. mitochondira is required to produce energy - mammals make their own heat - more energy required. lizards are the same temp as their environment
4. same reason as number 3, mito. make energy - muscles need more energy to be active - fat isnt active
5. not sure - sorry.
