I did a little research. Try to locate wich eyelash is at the center of the stye and actually pull it out. That shoudl promote drainage and help it go away. Also warm compress 4-6 times a day will help. don't squeeze it untill you know it is draining. do a search in google and you may find more.

Get a clean washcloth. In your bathroom sink, run hot water on the cloth--hot enough to feel hot, not warm, but not so hot it burns your skin. Squeeze out the water with your hands and with the cloth folded, put it on your eyelid like a poultice. Keep it there until it starts to cool off and then repeat it over and over. The heat will bring the stye to a point and it will drain on its own without you having to stick it with a pin--DON"T

I would go old school. Hold a wet teabag over your eye like you would ice if it was swollen. It worked for me and the advice was given to me from several others.
