I have to defend a resolution I have created for my college to change the requirements for our student body executive offices...so please answer the following questions:
1. has there ever been a president in recent years (like last 30 presidents) that did not have any political experience before their election?
2. if so who?
3. would you vote for a president that did not have any experience or know procedures?
Thanks!!!!

If you'd like to see my resolution, email me but it only affects my college :)
Thanks again!!!

since this is just for a college level... political experience, I'm not really interested in military experience

A President or Vice President need not have any political experience in order to be elected. As long as the person is sincere in serving the country even if he has no impressive education is better that an intelligent person who knows everything but will just enrich himself in power.
