To add to Peter K's answer. Not only are the stars far away, in most cases, the stars of a constellation have no connection at all with each other.
Two stars that look close together in a constellation, may be at totally different distances from us, such that one might be 8 light years away, and the other 350 light years. They just look close because they are in the same line of sight, just as the moon looks close to any stars around it when really the stars are millions of times farther away.
So, the constellations are not really entities, and it is unthinkable that they could have any influence on us.
Also, you have to bear in mind that astrology comes from a time when people had no idea the extent of the universe. They did not know the stars were trillions of miles away, so were quite excused their thinking they might have some influence. Now we know better, it is very foolish to think like an ancient person, and undermines all the brilliant work done by astronomers from Galileo to the present.
Forget astrology - it is nonsense.
Astronomy is a fascinating realism, and even so, is a million times more mysterious.

Ditto all the above answers. Astrology is a system that was invented when people thought the earth was flat, and that the sun was dragged around the sky by a guy in a chariot.
One's personality is shaped by one's environment, and I don't only mean geographically. Familial and social interactions with parents, peers and others, are among the strongest factors in the shaping of one's personality.

First, please learn the distinction between astrology and astronomy.
Astrology is pseudo-science based on myth and legend, and has no relationship to reality.
Astronomy is the scientific study of the nature and movement of celestial objects.
Your question is about astrology, and does not belong in the astronomy section. If you insist on thinking about astrology, I think there is a section for astrology questions under "entertainment," which is all it is good for.
You will do yourself a favor if you will outgrow astrology and study the known reality of the universe and the massive body of scientific knowledge.
Just think about it for a minute. What possible connection could exist between stars that are hundreds of trillions of miles away and events and persons here on earth? Answer: no connection at all.
Good luck.

None.
Do not confuse astronomy, which is a real science with astrology which is a false science, a pseudoscience.
Constellations do not shape personalities.

Did you mean "constellations"?
Since you are asking in the Astronomy section, absolutely none of them. The stars are so far away that they have no influence on us at all. Maybe you are thinking of Astrology? You might have more luck asking in the Alternative section.

As far as Astronomy is concerned, none of them do. This question should be in Astrology.
