After receiving front row seats to Disney on Ice from my friend, we decided it would be a great idea to gring our son on his birthday. These tickets cost my friend 3,000 dollars, but his family reconsidered after getting invited to a party. So we went a few days ago, right when the show is about to start, and the peanut guy comes and yells "Peanuts, Pistaccios, come get it here" and in the middle of dead silence my son screams at the top of his lungs. All 25 thousand people in the arena stop what they are doing and stare at us. My son cries and cries and cries so loud people started telling us to get him out. It was so loud that the people that were approaching on ice actually stopped and looked at us. We were so embaressed we rushed right out. My son is 3 and a half I don't know what to do with him or what to say to my friend????

Well, all I have to say is... there's no way your friend spent $3,000.00 on tickets to see a Disney on Ice performance. It costs less than $70.00 for the best seat, so unless your friend bought out an entire section (or about 45 seats) they definitely didn't spend anywhere near $3,000.00 I doubt they even spent near $300.00

when i was 5 or 6 my parents took me to the Baltimore aquarium.
i liked the ocean shows on discover tv and such so they thought that i would love it.

then my father held me up to the glass so that i could see the sharks. this was not the sleek and beautiful blue shark, or the graceful thresher shark, but the Tiger shark, sometimes called the snagletooth shark because of their pronounced teeth and the way that they stick out of their mouth all of the time.

i did not understand that it could not get me. i flipped the hell out.
then they took me up to the rainforest exhibit where some dammen red bird (that i thought was stuffed because it was sitting right in the walkway) well anyway i thought it was stuffed and went to pick it up, to give it to somebody thinking that it was a toy that someother kid had lost...it shireked in my face and scared the hell out of me again...

there are some things that people think that theyr kids will jsut love but the fail to realize that an eight foot tall "Gumby" could be rather scary to someone that is 3 feet tall.

He was prolly just scared of the Peanut Man. I mean come on, a stranger is screaming in a little kids face. How can he help but cry? Sheesh! Tell your friend that he would have enjoyed it if the Peanut Man didnt scare the crap out of him! He was just expressing his fear.
