I'm the lead singer in a band, so I'm a good singer, I just want to become better, like Xtina Agulera, or Carrie Underwood.

You become a better singer by taking singing lessons and practice singing in front of large groups like churches and events.

Assuming that you can sing, there's nothing to stop you from pursuing your dream. Country music loves young female vocalists. Tanya Tucker and Leanne Rimes were both 13 when they had their first hits. Of course you have to realize that becoming a recording artist is ambitious and not a realistic option for most folks. There are a lot of other options, however. Why don't you try for something local from http://learnsinginglessons.com/ or Try to network with other musicians that play country. They're definitely around. I've been playing in country bands for over 15 years, and can tell you that bands are always looking for new talent. Go to some of the venues that have country music and meet the musicians. I realize that you're too young to go into the clubs, but there are other venues like state fairs. If you can accompany yourself on guitar, try doing some open mic nights at coffee houses. Maybe you can start your own band. The important thing is to start singing and get the word out. If you have talent, you'll find people to play with. If stardom happens, well fine...but don't give up your studies at school. For every one famous recording artist, there are thousands of us part-time musicians keeping a day job and picking country on weekends.

I learned singing lessons from http://learnsinginglessons.com/ this is really awesome. Even though beginners can start and become a professional singer in just 1 month.

Well, first if you want you have to take singing classes, maybe 3 or 2 days per week. Then you should practice from 1 to 2 hours a day, you should first practice with a piano by vocalising and trying to imitate the notes of the piano for 30 to 45 minutes, then practice some songs, the better songs are the ones that makes you use a tronger amount of voice. Try not to effort too much your voice because when you sing your vocal chords vibrate and touch each other, so if you effort them allot they can damage allot.

Take private voice lessons from a professional voice teacher, if you don't already. You'd be surprised how much you didn't know and can improve on. I used to be lead singer in a band and lead guitarist too, and even though I was self taught in both areas, I took some voice lessons and guitar lessons and I was astounded at how much I've improved. Most pop stars not only keep physically fit, but they take many voice lessons. Both aspects are essential to a good voice. Take especially good care of the neck/throat area. Keep warm and don't strain it too much.

Practicing is a must, but don't overdo it. Any voice teacher will stress not to practice too much each day or else you'll risk straining your voicebox. However, keeping a regular schedule is good.

Hope this helps! And good luck!

Singing lessons come in a small cost and practice, practice, practice!

You can practice and get tips from your band members.

Also, you can't really sing better...technically because you cant change your voice. You just need to learn the right pitches, have a beat and melody! ONce, you master those, you'll probably become an even better singer!

Good luck in your singing career!

Hope u make it big! lol!
