the "soul" that you refer to is actually invisiable to the naked eye
or everyone would believe in souls and first you must define what a soul is, is it the electro magnetic feild the body gives off during life and after death? (apperantly this is what ghosts are a electro magnetic "residue" left over after a person has spent a lot of time in a place and has been photographed in both the living and ghosts) or is it the source of energy thats created from ??? in our brains that cuases the synapsis in the brain to fire becuase it's more than just a bio chemical reaction theres a source of energy there that we cant define yet is that the soul?
do i believe you can see the soul in the eyes no but you can see
the experiances that person carries with them much like the wrinkels on a persons hands you can tell if they worked with thier hands or not or if thier face is weathered from the years and sun
i believe the eyes mearly reflect this and not the soul to me the soul is so much deeper than that a person can have a kind soul but cold eyes from the pains of war or love
also i'd like to point i there MUST be a soul as energy cannot be created nor destoryed only transferd and as stated above there is a source of energy that can not be defined as in we dont know where it comes from i think this is our soul but it's more than a battery as well....................hell i could write a book but yea hope that gave ya somthing to think about cheers!

I have been with many people at the moment of their death. I have never seen a soul, but I have seen the effect of the soul leaving the body, and how the body looks right after the moment of death. There is a flattening of the body, like a deflated baloon, and it is clear that what was once there, that animated this person is gone. It's not just an end of life, it is a departing from the body of something substantial. It's not in the eyes, but in the body that you, therefore, should look for the soul.

yes and no.

no because :
You can not see it with your material sense organ "eye".
It is too subtle to be grasped by our gross sense organs.

yes because:
you can experience the soul.
And when you do it you have "seen" the soul.

It is a long journey dear.
Only a few ever go on to embark on the right path.
Still fewer make progress in the right direction.
Fewer are the ones who reach the destination.

That's how it is.
That's what the world is for.

One more thing :
What people see sometimes with their refined sense organ is
a subtle body.
They think they saw the soul.
They think it is the soul since subtle body is subtler than any materialistic object in the world including a human body.

But actually they only see the subtle body.
This is true. I know.

Seeing a subtle body is probably some achievement BUT it is not the soul. And it is not the destination. That much is certain.

I would like to think that the eyes are the doors to the soul. Sometimes you can really read a persons emotions by just looking into their eyes.

I believe the saying about ‘the eyes being a window to the soul,’ is as follows;

When you look deeply and sincerely into the eyes of another, you will always see beauty. You see the unconditioned Self, (the true Soul).

However, we must remember, that inner beauty exists not only in the observed, but also in ourselves.

The soul can be seen in a person's actions.

Some people have very expressive eyes -- their very soul is right there before you.

But other people can act and lie up a storm. So I'd say yes, but with a huge grain of salt.

It's not so much the eyeballs themselves. The pupels dialate with the light and the energy in the body. But mostly it's the flesh around it that shape themselves to fit around the inner emotion. Just like it's easy to spot a lie no matter how honest he/she's pretending to be.

your soulmate can see it. Other than that I would say no.

Unless perhaps you are very spirtual, but I would say that only one man ever walked the Earth that could see everyone's soul through their eyes. But he could probably do that with his eyes closed.

Well, whatever emotion the soul is emanating can be - if the person is comfortable in your presence.
