like at home, what can you use to make round piercing? so you can clip it on to where you want it?

a magnet and a little bit of magnetic metal. don't use it on your nose though - v dangerous x

You can buy fake piercings Fromm fancy dress shops and costume jewelry shops. Clip on earrings for example.

For a nose stud try a sequin held in place with a tiny dab of latex.

surely it would be much easier to either a) get a real piercing or b) buy a clip on hoop from somewhere like Claires Accessories as opposed to attempting to make one youself

That doesn't really make sense but If I heard this question right why don;'t u make a small mark with a real earring or just cover it with a fake no one cares.
