try not to be a moron and this won't happen to you.. although i dropped my phone in a toilet once and after taking the battery out and letting the thing dry out for about a day it worked again, except the battery wouldn't hold a charge for more than an hour or so, then i had to get a new phone after it would only stay charged for about a half hour

take the back and battery off the phone. set it near a heating vent... not on the vent but near. let it dry/warm over night. If it doesnt work tomorrow then its done for. but you still have a chance

it depends what kind of phone it is in most cases i say it is done but if u had a case on it it might still have some life

take the battery out and let it dry overnight.

if you put it in and you get nothing...its probably toast.

and don't forget to plug the charger in when you put the battery back in, in case it's discharged.
