I have been with T-Mobile for over 8 years but thinking of switching to Virgin, only because there is a very good offer with free phone free ipod... Just a bit unsure as i've been very happy with T-Mobile...
Is anyone on Virgin? Would you recommend it?
What's the reception like in general? (i'm in London)

I've been on virgin in the past. The reception in london will be exactly the same as T-Mobile. As Virgin use the same transmitters as T-mobile. Virgin is a virtual network provider. So it piggybacks T-mobile. I do like the look of the Virgin Lobster 700tv.

go for it i got my virgin phone about 4 years ago and i love it. There have been no problems and every so often they give you special offers like texts for free and texts for 3p and so on. Its better if you know someone else who is on virgin cause the calls and texts are cheep sometimes free.

I was on the Virgin network. After purcharsing phone found out one purchased in Canada did not work in the U.S. (uses different waves) than U.S. ; and if you purchase one in the U.S. it will not pick up the Canadian waves. Found this to be annoying as I travel between both country's.

Would not recommend this phone if you travel.

No, nobody uses it. So much for 'free calls to other users', eh?
