It used to jump just on occasion. Currently it's like a pulsating jump. It's really annoying me and freaking me out. I checked the outlet and it doesn't seem to be the problem.
Is it my screen? Or my processer that is causing it? What's going on?

1. Make sure your monitor is plugged in all the way and the screws that screw the cord to both your monitor and your computer are tight so you have a good connection.
2. Degauss the monitor. If you dont know how to do that, check with your monitor manufacturer. Check the refresh rate on your monitor and see if it is right. 60 usually works well for almost any monitor.
3. It could be your video adapter. Go to device manager, find your video adapter, then try uninstalling the adapter and reinstalling it.

Sounds like your monitor is borked. Try a different monitor which is known to work. If it's a laptop, it might still have a socket to plug in an external monitor for testing.

Check your connection to your pc. I could be your video card if you have one but I dought it. It's most likely your monitor. If you have a monitor menu, on your monitor, try "auto adjust" or "degause". If this doesn't help, it's time for a new one.

Have you checked the refresh rate for your video card or that its drivers are up to date or that the drivers aren't missing?
