Archduke and Archduchess (not always included), Duke and Duchess, the Marquis/Count....

Dukes and Duchesses are the last royal title all others after that are nobility and Dukes and Duchesses are not necessarily are royal.

By the way Queen and King can be equal depending on the situation, for example King William and Queen Mary of England were co-regents. These rules though change from country to country. For example England has no Archduke or Duchesses. And the eldest daughter is the Princess Royal.

If you include ecclesiastical orders and not just secular orders:

Roman Catholic: Pope (equal to the Regent), Cardinal, Archbishop, Bishop, Dean, Archdeacon, Canon, Rector/Monsignor, Priest, Deacon ....

Anglican Communion: Archbishop of Canterbury (equal to the Prime Minister), other Archbishops, Bishops and follows the same as Roman Catholic.

Now with the ecclesiastical orders are limited to Bishop, Priest, Deacon, and those other titles are subject to local practice.
