why do people that are from other countrys that work and do business here and that speak english like to act dumb when they do something wrong? All of sudden they use the "Ignorance" card so that they can get away with it. this goes for drivers,workers, and anything else.

Hopefully some of you with common sense and the decensy to admit when your wrong or have been, can give a valid answer. In my life ,the american way, I was raised to own up to my wrong doings. Maybe thats why america is in the state it is...to much ignorance.

Not all people from other countries do this. Just those who seek to get away with or are embarassed by a mistake. some legitimately do misunderstand our laws and/or customs. Be patient!
