ugh, sorry this is so disgusting. I was shaving my legs and then I used the showerhead, which sprayed the water (and my little hairs) all over the wall. I didn't think the hairs would stick to the paint on the wall, and now there are little hairs stuck in the paint. Sorry, I know I'm disgusting, my question is, is there any way to get them off? I am renting and I don't want to lose my security deposit. Additionally, I hate that I did that to the wall. This is embarrassing and I'd like to just deal with it without having to explain to my landlord what happened.

That does not sound good if your shower walls are not tiled or have a shower surround. Sheetrock is never used as a surround by itself even if its painted. As far as getting the hair off I'd just sand it and repaint it. Then I'd ask the landlord to put in a surround or he'll be looking at costly repairs in the future.

Try masking tape first when the wall is dry; it's not as sticky as duct tape, which could pull the paint off the wall! Tweezers could work; while painstaking, it will not damage the paint.
Was the paint wet when you did this? If not, you might be able to use a wet sponge to get the hair off. The hair could be stuck to the paint with the soap/gel you were using, and if it's water soluble, a wet sponge would get it without much risk to the paint.

You might try 0000 steel wool. The most that will happen is that it would dull the paints finish. I doubt if the landlord will ever know. And if he did, just tell him you clean the wall each time you take a shower.

Take a decent size piece of duct tape and wrap it around your hand sticky side out and start tapping ur hand on the wall removing the hairs. No idea if it'll work but duct tape works on everything.

Is the paint fresh? If so, let it dry completly and then lightly sand the wall, and repaint if necessary. Good luck,
