I hate working and going to college at the same time, it cuts down my play time and study time

I didn't work at all my first year and a half. Now I work 2 jobs (still only 30 hours/week). I have found that working helps me stay on task. Before I worked, I would play all the time. Now I don't have time to play and I dedicate all of my free time to school. My grades have significantly improved while having a job (I think maybe I'm just growing up??). It's challenging but it makes you think like an adult. It all depends on your purpose for college...party or learn?

When I go to college, and i'm 21, I'm planning on maybe being like a bartender or something like that at a local pub, or restaurant. Nice tips!

Part time of course.

I use to, until I decided to get a CAL loan (govt loan, 5% APR) and live off that, I have seen a huge difference in my grades.

Good luck.
