i listen 2 rock,hiphop,rap,falloutboy,my chemical romance is that bad cause i know that its emo or whatever u call it i just really like that kind of music but i do listen 2 girly music 2 but does that change ma girlyness lol

No, it doesn't matter at all. I'm mainling into hard rock/metal/classsic rock..but I dig Kid Rock, MCR..and some other stuff like that.
Music should, but often times DOESN'T, bring people together. It doesn't matter what kind of music you listen to, as long as you listen to some sort of music. It's a great way to release feelings, no matter what they are...anger, sadness, etc. Just because you're "preppy" doesn't mean you can't listen to the kind of music you want. If someone tells you different, or judges you based on what you listen to...that's wrong...in some ways, music is representative of who you are...but it's who you are inside that matters..and if people judge you by what you listen to, and don't take the time to get to know you.....their loss

i'm also a prep and i love My Chemical Romance,Bullet For My Valentine,Taking Back Sunday,Fall Out Boy,etc..
my music taste dosen't fit my style at all..
most people look at me and think i listen to hip hop or something like that, which kinda makes me mad because i HATE rap!

No.....? Why would it change you I listen to rap/hiphop/pop, but a lot of people like that. I also like hanging around outside with my horse and my family races dirt bikes and stuff and I LOVE watching them! So that would be really weird if you thought that because it don't you do what you want! :D

WHAT? I thought falloutboy and my chemical romance were pretty mainstream/popular. They aren't hard rock at all. Lots of preps listen to them. Don't worry about it.
