I know it's probly has been asked b4, but I aint in the mood to research right now. Is this even possible? Do I use the Time Machine? Or is the only way to obtain Johto pkmn through Pokemon Colloseum? PLZZZZZZZZZZ Help....

You can't. There is no way to connect those two. A way to get some Johto pokemon is through Pokemon Emerald.

you can't transfer pokemon from G/S to FR/LG. however there are some johto pokemon in Emerald, Firered, Leafgreen, colloseum, and gale of darkness

You can't. You can catch some of the pokemon it fire red and leaf green, or you can use an Action Replay
