If you have suspicions enough to sabotage his phone, you are probably right about what you think he's doing. Don't make yourself a criminal in order to find out.

take his/her phone when she is not looking and forward all her calls to your number. if you have Verizon, its

*72(your phone number here) + Send

cant do texts,though.
