Of course John Williams, he did some of the most well-known soundtracks of all time. Indiana Jones, Star Wars, ET, Jaws.
Is there anyone who doesn't know the Jaws theme song?

Im no longer a music historian, nor am I a particular musical prodigy, yet certain, many would agree that mozart grow to be the mind-blowing musican of all time. It takes dissimilar organic skills to be in a position to preform complicated products in the front of 1000's on the age of four. and not in any respect many people can compose finished syphonies wwithin their heads. So certain, Mozart grow to be probly one in each and every of, if no longer the mind-blowing composer.

I would have to say John Williams. Out of the three, he's the one composer who's music actually makes the hairs on my arm stand up when I hear it. I don't think alot of the movies that he composed music for would be the same without his compositions.

Although probably not that "musically" technical, John Williams stuff is entertaining, and lasting. Klaus Badelt's work on Pirates of the Carribbean was great too. Don't forget Vangelis (1492, Chariots of Fire)

Richard Strauss. He did the music for "2001, A Space Odyssey"

People were listening to that soundtrack for a LONG time.

Thomas Newman
He did 'American Beauty', 'The Shawshank Redemption', 'The Green Mile', and the theme song for 'Six Feet Under'.

But that's just me.
