Seriously though, many calenders and all the almanacs hav a daily sun rise -sunset feature. It changes every day. The shortest day of the year is the winter solstice. Then each daylight period increases a minute or two until the summer solstice. Then it starts decreasing again.Consult any good farmer's almanac for exact times. There are many and some feed and seed stores or hardware stores give them away free to customers.

The time changes every day (3 minutes later). Right now it is about 5 PM in Eastern Daylight Savings time.

it depends where u live, it gets dark in the northeast around 5-6 pm
