I need to know the format from a newspaper from Verona, Italy in 1390. If there were no newspapers during that time, then I need to know the format of the earliest newspaper that was distributed in Verona.

There were no newspapers in 1390. Johannes Gutenberg, who invented the printing press, was born in 1390AD.
The first printed newspaper was produced in 1605, published weekly in Antwerp called Relation.
There was a monthly newspaper produced by the government in Venice, Italy, called Notizie Scritte. Since this was not printed, it must have been copied out by hand. I don't know the format.
