I wish I had an answer for you that was black and white but I don't. When I said it....he scoffed at me. And we'd been dating on and off for a year. HE wasn't ready for it....I was. It really is situational. My best advice though, is that you have to take the risk and say it; he could suprise you and say it back! Just wait until you are sure that you DO love him truly, madly, deeply.

When to say it: You know that they love you.
When not to say it: During sex.
Say it often. Say it when you have no other reason to talk to them (phone call in the middle of the day).
You may love the person you are sexing, but sex should be more animal. If you have to talk you are doing something wrong.

That's a GREAT question...
I guess when you truly feel the connection between you and the other person, and if you feel that he/her is really into you. I don't really think it matters where you say it, just as long as you know that it can be remembered :-)~

That's the million dollar question.you don't want to do it too soon and then rush things, but you should know in your heart when its right. Ive been in a relationship now and am asking the same question. i think i know that its the right thing to do.

When you really do love them. Not wen it's just lust, unless you intend for it to meaningless. Basically, when you love them and you want to let them know, then say it.
