It could be a few things. If you have downloaded Internet Explorer 7 you may need to go back to ie6. Some things aren't compaitble with IE7 yet. I also had to disable Google tool bar. It had a pop up blocker that would not let the applet required for yahoo games to download. Anytime a pop up has been blocked, such as the java applet on yahoo games, you can hold down the ctrl button on your keyboard and it temporarily allows the pop up to work.

Do you have a popup blocker? a newer firewall? set cookies differently? Many variables can stop it. Try looking into your cookies and allowing the page you want to open like yahoo games and make sure it is allowed. Internet explorer has a popup blocker you may of turned on at one point or another. Turn it off.
