I've heard that Lost will have 5 seasons but at this point with so many questions still out there it could be 6. I think it's definately at it's 1/2 way point now so we should be getting alot of answers soon.
To me, Lost is a Much Better show.

Lost and Prison break are not the same kind of show.
Lost will be 4 or 5 seasons, producers are discussing it with ABC right now.

the producers announed in a recent Magazine for Sci-fi fans that teh show would end after the 4th season at episode 100 as they didnt want to run teh show tolong adn take away the enjoyment of the story etc
