Women use the terms: Supermom, Fantastic Mom, etc.
Men Use the Terms: Pain in the Neckmom, ManipulativeMom, NaggingMom etc.

Person... office worker, single, single parent, business owner...

I don't mind old terms like waitress, but I don't look for new words to specifically call attention to someone's gender. For instance I would never say "woman owner" because it would make me sound like a bigot... like I thought a woman being an owner was a noteworthy fact worth repeating! (since, presumably, their gender is already known.)

.. personally speaking, I'd say that 99.9% of the time, women completely defy description! (tic) :o)

There really is no such thing as a 'modern' woman. Just as
there is really no such thing as a 'modern' man...
