if u had a secondary email, then just click send to my other email, and it should send it, if u dont have a secondary email up then i guess ur screwed.

I went through this last month. I phoned their 800 # but I knew my secret question even tho I had the other info wrong. You can only try and maybe able to convince them with other information. I have a teible memory so I should keep all passwords with info in a little book -now-.
