While it may be easier to write a letter to your friend, it would be better if you spoke to her face-to-face or over the phone. You can't convey tone of voice or sarcasm in writing, and you don't want anything to be misunderstood. Suck it up and give her a call or go see her. Good luck ~

You shouldn't write her a letter. It is better to talk face to face. Talk to her about why she is mad, then try to come up with a solution. Good luck! :)

Give her time to calm down. Writing her while she is still mad could be a bad thing. I would give it time and then instead of writing her I would talk to her about the problem.

Why a letter? Things like that should be handled more personally one on one. If you prefer a letter make sure you be considerate and apologize to watever you did.
