Sounds like you are very co-dependent.

That's not love, it's an unhealthy dependence and obsession. Get counseling so you can learn to be relaxed and happy whether she's around or not...if she were to die or leave you, you'd be in a a terrible state if her just being away from you causes "severe anxiety" now. A healthy adult should NEVER be that dependent on another person.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

Did you know you could suffocate her and possibly destroy your marriage???

Develop a good social circle of friends, find a hobby, take some classes, talk with a marriage counselor.

It is not healthy to be dependent on another person for your happiness. It is not fair to her. Only you can truly make yourself happy. Good luck!

you need to find something else to occupy your life with besides your wife or you will smother her!! being 'so in love' and 'dependent' on someone are 2 different things. one is hott. and one is not. figure it out.
