are you talking about books banned right now or of all time...because sometimes books are banned for 20-30 years and then it gets lifted. and are you only talking about books banned in the us or world. because i have a book that is banned in austrailia but not in the us. just like the bible was banned for 30 years in in the soviet union but is now allowed.

I couldn't find a definitive list of the top ten in history (which is what I interpret your question to mean), but some books that kept coming up on the lists I saw were Huckleberry Finn, Tom Sawyer, Of Mice and Men, The Catcher in the Rye and Slaughterhouse Five.
Of course this is USA-centric; I'm sure there are extensive prohibitions in other countries.

Selman Rushdy's book "Satanic Verses" was and still is banned in all the Moslem world so its sure to be among the top ten of all time .
Another one might be the "Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion ".
