Try the Yasmine pill. Its proven affective to help with acne, reduce your periods and shouldnt decrease your sex drive TOO much.

Sex drive is a complex issue, it involves hormones but also psychological factors (like the fear of pregnancy).
ALL birth control pills will reduce the amount of testosterone and androgens produced by the ovary. Yasmin (and Yaz) has even less androgenic effect than most other pills, meaning the effect on acne would be better. The decline in "male" hormones may be easily offset by the drop in the fear of pregnancy. If, however, you find a drop in libido, you may be better served by a Pill like Triphasil with levonogesterel which has a weak androgenic factor ( not enough to worsen acne).

you dont want any birth control pill at all then your sex drive should be good
