french mani with tips is approx 22-25 dollars (at cheaper salons at more expensive ones...be ready to dish out $75)...if they use your own nails, and just do an over lay it costs 18-20 dollar (and looks nicer) it takes about an hr and a half for both. and it ruins your nails...it take 2 months for your real nails to grow out..and this is after your rip off the crap they put on your nails...
if you have a little bit of length to ur nails...get a frech mani base coat, white for the tip, and top coat and do it yourself. u need a steady hand...but it looks WAY nice!...or tell the salon to do it for you au' natural.

you can shop around and find a good place for $25!
and they do sell kits at any drugstore.
and you can also do it yourself by placing tape about 1.4 inch down your nail just past the white part, and then painting white using the tape as a stencil for each nail. i find this the easiest and cheapest way to do a french mani =]

If you go to those little walk-in type nail places they wil do a french mani-pedi for around $35.00
