there are different in many ways such as:
Animal Cell-have no cell wall Plant Cell- cell wall
have no chloroplasts have chloroplasts
small temporary vacuoles large permanent vacuoles
cytoplasm that fill the cell that contain cell sap
stores food as glycogen granule thin layer of cytoplasm
stores food as starch granule

Plant cells are often arranged as trees, bushes, shrubbery and grass. While animal cells are often arranged as dogs, mice, horses and people. This list is not meant to be inclusive, there are more arrangements than these. But there are some common exclusions, vertebrates are always animals and trees are always plants. I hope this helps.

I agree with Ron. Also plant cells are usually square and stiff whereas animal cells are round and flexible.
