Depends if it's the stabilizer bar or just the end link (more common). Stabilizer bar will would run from $50 used to couple hundred new. Universal adjustable end link set runs under $30.

is that like a sway bar? I finally fixed mine after about 10k miles, now i have to buy new tires cause they wore down while it was askew. the mechanic told me that it wasnt really a big deal, but if you are in a state that is strict with inspections they may require it.

probably just the stabalizer bar bushings or sometimes called links, I just replaced mine on a 94 pontiac for $10.00 both sides, really a simple job if you have a hacksaw or air chisel and a wrench and deep well sockets.
