I have the answers I "think" are right but I want to make SURE that its correct because I need these points.

1. imploring. imploring means pleading or questioning so it makes sense to put it in the first sentance.
2. eluded. eluded means escaped or out of your grasp.
3. reluctantly. reluctantly means you don't want to do it.
4. sullen. sullen means mad or angry so it fit in perfectly because who would want to be friends with someone who is angry and has a bad temper?

First, look up the definition to each word so you know what they mean.
Then, try pasting each simple definition in the blank to see if it feels right.

For example, "imploring" means "begging" or "pleading" So look at each sentence - in which sentence might the subject be begging for something? Perhaps a little boy pleading for a cookie?
