planned a night out tonight to the pics and for a meal as a surprise for my husband as he's at work tomorrow, his mate phoned and asked himt o go down to his tonight and without even asking me if we were doing anything he went, what should I do!?!

Do you often plan surprises for him? If not, there was no way for him to guess that you had tonight. If you're feeling really hurt then mention it to him but try not to get all accusatory as he wasn't to know. There's always another chance to go out. I can understand how you're feeling though, as I know I'd be pretty annoyed and upset too!

Let him know that you have a great evening planned for just the two of you and ask if it would be possible to put his friends plans off till another nite.

i would have told him about your plans before he left. I'm sure he would have stayed if he knew that you had gone to so much trouble for him. If he then still went out, get rid of him the selfish creep!!

tell him that you had a surprise for him and if he picks his friends over you then he dosnt deserve you and you should go to counsiling god is always with you!
