i usually sleep around 7 hours a night and i have just turned 13 . If i start sleeping around 8 or 9 hours a night will i grow more per year i usually grow like 2 inches per year but if i do this how many inches will i grow per year? and is it true that i will probably hit a growth spurt at 14?
