If i have a intergrated graphics card, do i need to disable it if i wanna buy a new graphic card?
I got a PCI-Express slot.

yes you do, Depending on your particular computer's motherboard & BIOS you may have to disable it in BIOW, or perhaps by a jumper on the motherboard.

Check your Owner's manual, (most likely under upgrades) or go to either your computer's manufacturer's website or the motherboard's website.

I easily have easily used both at the same time. One for a visual demonstrate unit and the different for a projector. if you're in elementary words going to apply the AGP do disable the onboard card because it might want to launch RAM "if reminiscence is shared".

I installed a new one and then disabled my onboard graphics and it all works fine.
