For years I would only use Cheer, as it seemed to be the only detergent that wouldn't fade my clothes. When money got tight, I switched to Gain, and have been using it ever since.

Gain, any scent but I personally prefer Gain Island Fresh~cleans good & smells great. And I also use Suavitel Field Flowers fabric softener~softer clothes, controls static and smells heavenly! If you decide to try Suavitel, get the full strength not concentrated.

ERA Liquid.

it works best on Protein stains such as grass and blood.

works really well on animal or human vomit.

it takes grease out better than anything i've ever used.

makes a great pre-treater on any stain.

it even removes cat and dog pee stains on carpeting.

Definitely Tide. Regular Tide for colors, and Tide with Bleach for Whites.

Just about any kind, liquid or dry, that has a bleaching agent added. Makes colors brighter, and whites whiter, without the risks that adding bleach, itself, brings.
